This mornings temperaturess were lousy +8Cs and pretty much sky was covered in clouds. It does not feel like its almost summer. :( It did get better during the day though and by 5 when I got out of work it was really nice.
I just got the MSN Bush.exe virus yesterday on my computer. It spreads over MSN as a Trojan Horse. Not much information about it yet in English but I have found one in Spanish. You can translate it on one of the Internet translator pages online. To get rid of it, follow this recepy: http://www.vsantivirus.com/vb-nks.htm. Another thing that can be done is just to restore computer settings back to a couple of days before the attack and delete all temp folders, cookies etc.
Worked fine. Anyways I will definately have to re-install my computer. Its way too long since the last time.
When I got out of work I walked the way in to the city. It is a fantastic walk which I enjoy madly. The first section is only company buildings along the E18 highway. Lots of allergy develloping flowers as well. But heck. What can you do about that? The safe path for pedestrians and bicyclers is separated from the highway and is perfefctly safe. Well, during the walk I meet houndreds of people bicycling home. Some of them has a pretty wild look in their eyes while trying to beat their own or their buddys personal records from yesterdays or last weeks ride. Some of them enjoy life and smiles at me while I walk into the city and they out of it.
Then as you pass the last office building you get to Skoyen marina and it looks just great. Lots and lots of Ducks breeding their young ones and enjoying life in the sun. Before facing the marina again you have to pass the drive to Bygdoy. A really nice location where several of Oslos best museums and beaches are. The inner marina was gorgeous today. I walked without rush and looked at sevreal huge cod (fish) in the water. They were definately big enough to bring home on the dinner table (maybe except from the fact that the water looks contaminated and I dont wanna eat something from this inner area).
I met one of my best friends, Morten St, and we went to have some food and to see a movie. The movie was fantastic. It is one of the betters I have seen this year: La vida secreta de las palabras from Isabel Coixet.

Movie story line
Hannah, who wears a hearing aid, is forced to go on holiday from her work. On holiday she manages to find a job as a nurse: caring for Josef, a burn victim on an oil rig who temporarily lost his sight, until he's stable enough to be transferred. There is almost no one left on the rig after the accident, except a cook, an oceanographer and a few others out at sea. Hannah tends to Josef and he slowly breaks her shell of silence.
Quotes from the movie.
Josef: I thought um, you and I, maybe we could go away somewhere. Together. One of these days. Today. Right now. Come with me.
Hanna: No, I don't think that's going to be possible.
Josef: Why not?
Hanna: Um, because I think that if we go away to someplace together, I'm afraid that, ah, one day, maybe not today, maybe, maybe not tomorrow either, but one day suddenly, I may begin to cry and cry so very much that nothing or nobody can stop me and the tears will fill the room and I won't be able to breath and I will pull you down with me and we'll both drown.
Josef: I'll learn how to swim, Hanna. I swear, I'll learn how to swim.
Another movie from Isabel Coixet I will deeply recommend is: My Life without Me.
I got home at 22:30 and cleaned up my computer before I got to bed.
